I know a majority of my friends love Gilt.com, but I never ever hear anyone talk about Hautelook. So if you don't know about it, listen up! I discovered the site even before I was a member of Gilt and love it. Basically the same idea as Gilt and sells a variety of products from clothing jewelry and accessories as well as beauty products and home goods. I am so excited to announce that UnSteady Boutique in San Diego is releasing a top secret line called UnSteady Secret Door. I was lucky enough to be involved in this amazing line and am happy to show you sketches of some of the first pieces being designed. The line will revolve around all of my favorite things including bodycon dresses, paneled leggings, and much more which I will reveal soon... 

These hot little numbers aren't for sale just yet, but when they are there will be only limited runs of each awesomely priced one-of-a-kind garment. The items are also only available to those who have the secret password for the entrance to the Unsteady Secret Door website, which of course I'd love to share with all my favorite fashionistas so don't go too far the password will be revealed in the next few weeks.

What a weekend

PRADA CRYSTAL CLEAR HEELS DIY

Wow, who would have guessed googling "Clear Heels" would be so fun. Since Jeffrey Campbell dropped the ball on knocking of these bad boys, it leaves no choice but to make a DIY. It is a very easy DIY and pretty cheap as well, the whole project will cost around $40-50. First you should buy a pair of clear heels like these, and some chandelier crystal parts. Then you just attach the hooks of the chandelier parts to tiny holes that you make in the plastic toe covering of the clear heels.

Here's my version, of course it would be even cooler if I had a bunch of San Dunes to shoot in front of, but alas I don't drive back and forth between Arizona and California anymore. It's that time again: Projekt 619

Projekt 619 is back to Voyeur San Diego, and bigger than ever. I am particularly excited to see all the new goodies Haven Boutique has in store after hearing rumors about the store now carrying Skin Graft, Hellz Spring Line, and the hippie crochet OnceoverTwice bell bottoms raved about by the Bleach Black ladies. The festivities start a noon, wear off your hangover with some shopping and a mimosa.
